Executive Assistant to the Executive Director & HR Administrator

We’re so excited to introduce you to our newest member of the team, Nikki Robertson.

Nikki has been around Common Heart for years as a volunteer for events and at our former thrift shop with her oldest daughter, Kassandra.

She’s wanted to work with us for a while and was thrilled when a staff position that fit her qualifications came up.

“I always believed in the mission & vision so when a position became available that I was qualified for, I jumped at the chance to be part of the Common Heart family,” she said. “I love working at a place with such strong moral values that is trying to make a difference. We live in such a complicated and troubled world. I am blessed to work for a nonprofit that is trying to help solve some of those problems.”

Nikki and her husband, David, have three children- Kassandra, 25, Marissa, 21, and Desmond, 11. She’s originally from Ohio and is a Buckeyes fan and has lived in the Charlotte area for 28 years.
