Common Heart’s food pantries focus on helping to stabilize families living in poverty through providing approximately a week’s worth of groceries through our legacy Common Cupboard relational delivery pantry, five traditional pantries, and our mobile on-the-go pantries. Our big one day outreach known as The Great Turkey Countdown provides a frozen turkey and all the fixins’ to 1,500 local families annually.

Encouraging a small revolution of kindness is our main goal. By mobilizing folks to serve, helping families in need, we hope to encourage the growth of love and compassion in all areas of the volunteer’s life and those the volunteers serve. As more folks adopt an orientation of active kindness in the world, and as more families experience the positive power of kindness, our lives, neighborhoods, and communities will be transformed by God’s love.
