Our current Getting Ahead empowerment group is graduating and YOU’RE INVITED!

Please join us for dinner on Thursday, Dec. 18 at Benton Heights Presbyterian Church in Monroe and help us celebrate these hard-working neighbors! These participants – we call them investigators – put in a lot of long hours assessing our community’s conditions and building resources to begin their own journeys out of poverty and into stability. RSVP here. 

Our next Getting Ahead session starts Jan. 13 and there are lots of ways you can help these hard-working families as they start their journeys out of poverty. 

• Prepare or purchase a meal: We have lots of open slots to provide a delicious dinner for GA participants. These meals, serving about 40 people, are hosted before each session.
