The Great Turkey Countdown stands at 1,286 turkeys* to go with 23 days left!! So far, 48 donors have given 214 turkeys!

This year, our goal is 1,500 turkeys for 1,500 families. It will not happen without all of us pulling together. Who will give us the next turkey?! Donating your turkey virtually at Turkeys.CommonHeart.org will provide the whole Thanksgiving feast for a family! If you prefer, you can make out a check to Common Heart, and mail to PO Box 2761, Indian Trail, NC 28079. Be sure to write Turkeys in the memo!

–Volunteer! We still need 43 drivers in Indian Trail and 101 drivers in Marshville to deliver the turkeys on Saturday, November 19!! Sign up for your slot at Turkeys.CommonHeart.org.

* We will be providing turkeys or hams this year based on availability and preference. Again this year there is a shortage of turkeys. BUT, since this is a Great Turkey Countdown, either protein counts as a “turkey!”
